DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS

Calzaturificio Giovanni Fabiani s.r.l. ships by SDA, EMS and DHL worldwide. Orders are processed within 3 working days after product availability and payment check. In case of an error, the amount will be credited back to your credit card. From the date of dispatching the estimated delivery date is the following:
Italy: 2 working days. The delivery date for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia might be one day later.
The European Union countries: 3 working days
Other countries: from 3 to 5 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday.
The time necessary for customs formalities is not calculated in the above-mentioned delivery dates. Shipment costs are charged to the customer and, except for promotional activities, are as follows:

**Shipments to Extra-EU countries
We ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid); any custom fee will be at customer charge. The forwarder may claim the payment of an additional invoice for the amount due according to the local authorities’ regulations. If you live in a Extra-EU country, we advise to check for custom and/or import fees before placing your order.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Calzaturificio Giovanni Fabiani s.r.l. ships using the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) within the EC countries. Therefore, goods will arrive directly at your indicated address without any other additional fee, i.e. the total amount paid at the moment of your order will remain unchanged. The DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) method is applied for countries outside EU area. Therefore, the courier may present you a separate invoice with which it requests the payment of duties and taxes required by the local authorities. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our customers must be able to buy the product they want in comfort. For this reason, if the product does not suit you, if the size is not right, if it does not correspond to what you expected, you can return it without problems. Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the product:
– must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery;
– must be intact and not used;
– must be returned in its original packaging.
If these conditions are met, we will proceed to a full refund (excluding any shipping costs paid by the customer when ordering). We remind you that, outside the Italian borders, the cost of the return shipment is at your charge.
Important: we will not accept returns of items that do not comply with the above. There is only one return request per order, in which you can also return all the products ordered.
